We're pretty meticulous about sending out the right sizes and making sure our shirts are ready to wear, but if for some reason you get the wrong size or design (or if the shirt has a defect), here's what you can do:

Shoot us an email at awesome.creatures@barrelny.com within three days of receiving the shirt. Be sure to include your name and order number in the email and let us know what went wrong. We'll shoot you an email with an address so you can send the shirt back. Once we get the shirt, we'll send out the correct order. If the order you requested is out of stock or unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

A few other things:
If a package is returned to us with an "undeliverable" stamp, we'll shoot you an email to verify the address before sending it again. If it's an "undeliverable" again, well, it just wasn't meant to be. No refunds.

In the event that a package gets lost in transit, we cannot be held responsible. But please do email us and we'll try our best to make things better.
